This workshop is a restorative and empowering space for first responders, medical professionals, mental health workers, and allied health professionals to come back home to themselves.

We’ll begin with a grounding conversation about the nervous system—what it is, how it works, and how we can gently prepare it to receive the benefits of breathwork. From there, you’ll be guided through a somatic, trauma-informed breathwork journey to support release, regulation, and reconnection.

We’ll close with quiet reflection and meaningful conversation over a warm cup of tea—because integration matters, and you deserve to feel held in it all.
