That’s why I’ve put together these breathwork classes, designed to guide you on a transformative journey from Grade 1 Balance Breath to a Grade 5 Primal Breath.
Our Sherpa Breathwork class isn’t just about learning to breathe; it’s about unlocking the incredible power of your breath to navigate life’s challenges with strength and resilience. Here’s what you can expect on our journey:
Grade 1: Balance Breath – We start in a state of rest, focusing on gentle breathing in and out through the nose, laying the foundation for our ascent.
Grade 2: Calm Breath – Moving into a calm state, we continue breathing passively through the nose, fostering a sense of tranquility and inner peace.
Grade 3: Focused Breath – Here’s where the real work begins. We transition to rhythmic and cyclical breathing, diving deeper into our practice with focused intention.
Grade 4: Super Ventilated Breath – Pushing our boundaries, we embrace a more intense breath, experiencing sensations of tetany and release as we let go of what no longer serves us.
Grade 5: Primal Breath – At the summit of our journey, we unleash the full power of our breath with active breathing through the mouth, accompanied by primal sounds and guttural noises. It’s a physiological transformation that opens the door to profound healing and renewal.
But our adventure doesn’t end there. After reaching the peak, we gently return to regulation, engaging in visualization, meditation, and restorative breathing to integrate our experience and find deep relaxation.
