What to Expect: Together with Dominic Mitges, I will be guiding you through an immersive session from 10:30 AM to 12 PM at The Village 1883 in Conestogo, Ontario. 🧘♀️🌿 During the session, you’ll learn guided breathing techniques and meditation practices designed to bring balance, calm, and resilience—tools you can easily integrate into your daily life for lasting benefits.
We will be working through Grade 1 (Balance Breath) up to Grade 5 (Primal Breath), progressing from basic techniques to more advanced methods for deeper emotional release and relaxation.
