Over the past two years, this festival has evolved into a beautiful day of mind-body healing, gathering over 200 individuals like yourself who are committed to holistic health and collective wellbeing.
Through immersive classes, transformative workshops, and holistic healing experiences, the Guelph Yoga and Wellness Festival embodies the essence of self-care intertwined with community support. We hold firm to the belief that by nurturing ourselves, we are better equipped to uplift others.
